Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive, Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Health & Welfare Benefits and manage a book of business of approximately $1,000,000
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and carriers while keeping clients informed on industry trends and regulatory issues
- Oversee the open enrollment process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred
- 5+ years of health & welfare experience with core practice competency-based skills
- Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry
- Technical knowledge of benefits administration and HealthCare Reform
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required; GBA or CEBS Certification is a plus
