Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive, Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Health & Welfare Benefits and manage a book of business of approximately $1,000,000
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and carriers while keeping clients informed on industry trends and regulatory issues
  • Oversee the open enrollment process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS preferred
  • 5+ years of health & welfare experience with core practice competency-based skills
  • Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry
  • Technical knowledge of benefits administration and HealthCare Reform
  • Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required; GBA or CEBS Certification is a plus
