Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Nurse Consultant (Weekend Role).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilizes clinical experience to assess and coordinate healthcare services for members
• Gathers clinical information to render coverage determinations based on guidelines and clinical judgment
• Communicates with providers to facilitate care and identifies referral opportunities for members

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active, current, and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence
• 1+ years of clinical experience in an acute or post-acute setting
• Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma required
• BSN preferred
