ML NLP Data Labeler

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ML/NLP Data Labeler to support various Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately label data for ML/NLP tasks, including intent identification and text summarization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand labeling requirements and deliver project goals
• Conduct quality checks on labeled data and refine annotations based on feedback

Required Qualifications:

• Familiarity with NLP and ML concepts related to data labeling
• Experience with labeling tools and platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Multilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish, French, or German (strongly preferred)
• Experience with virtual agent tooling, such as Dialogflow CX
