Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation Specialist for the WPS-HA Compact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monitoring and assessment of the WPS-HA Compact's aspirational impacts
- Implement a Results-Based Management approach within the Compact Monitoring Framework
- Coordinate and support evaluations and data collection with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in development-related disciplines, gender, economics, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating and implementing complex monitoring frameworks
- Experience in gender equality and human rights responsive evaluation
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Power BI or similar data management software
- Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN official language is desirable
