Mortgage Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Call Center) to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners interested in refinancing or purchasing a home
• Pre-screen potential borrowers and transfer qualified warm leads to licensed Loan Officers
• Deliver exceptional customer service and set appointments for Loan Officers

Required Qualifications

• Inside or field sales experience required
• Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus
• Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
• Telesales experience preferred
• Previous experience in collections, banking, financial services, or mortgage is a plus
