Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Analyst I to review, analyze, and underwrite mortgage loans and related transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite assigned mortgage loan transactions and prepare related documentation
- Analyze third-party reports and financial statements to assess loan risk
- Facilitate communication between various teams involved in the loan process
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending, banking, or finance
- Proficiency in commercial mortgage lending and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of underwriting processes and loan evaluation
- Experience in loan documentation and legal compliance
