Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to assist members in securing home loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with realtors, builders, and members to strengthen community ties
• Guide members through the loan application process, ensuring transparency and support
• Negotiate loan terms and act as the primary contact from application through closing

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years of lending sales, processing, or underwriting experience
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a financial services institution preferred
• Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo mortgage products preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and mortgage processing procedures
