Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Loan Originator to join their mortgage lending operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients and agents to identify solutions that meet their needs
- Guide clients through the mortgage process using technology and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Achieve sales goals while collaborating with operations, compliance, and technology teams
Required Qualifications
- Mortgage Loan Originator License in CO or TX
- 2 - 4 years of experience in mortgage lending
- Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines
- Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations
- Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices
