Job Summary
A company is looking for a Processor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analysis of loan files for submission to underwriting and closing departments
- Establish rapport with borrowers and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain system data, order and review required third-party reports, verify loan documents, and resolve file issues
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage documents and loan processing
- Ability to work overtime, especially at the end of the month
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience in mortgage banking
- 3+ years of residential processing experience highly preferred
