Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor to manage loan documentation and submission processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan files to determine necessary documentation
- Follow up with borrowers and coordinate with Loan Officers and other parties
- Submit complete loan packages for underwriting and clear any conditions
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
- Experience with initial disclosures and re-disclosure is desired
- Recent experience in a broker environment is a plus
- Ability to submit complete and accurate loan files to underwriting
