Mortgage Loan Processor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage loan applications and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including purchases, refinances, and home equity loans
- Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, and gather necessary documentation
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, loan officers, and underwriters
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience
- Self-directed and motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities
