Mortgage Loan Processor
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Processor to work remotely, who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and processing loan documentation while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate loan information systems.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and prepare loan documentation according to guidelines
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to internal and external clients
- Maintain loan information systems and ensure timely submission of quality loan packages to underwriting
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Mortgage Loan Processing experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with FHA, VA, and USDA loans
- Knowledge of loan guidelines and eligibility requirements for Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans
- Advanced experience with automated underwriting systems (DU/LP/GUS)
- Familiarity with State and Federal regulations for loan file compliance
