Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Call Center Transfer Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners
- Pre-screen potential borrowers and transfer qualified warm leads to licensed Loan Officers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and set appointments for Loan Officers
Required Qualifications and Training
- Inside or field sales experience required
- Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
- Telesales experience preferred
- Must be high-energy, self-motivated, and organized
- Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus
