Mortgage Servicing Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a General Servicing SME responsible for hands-on support of mortgage servicing activities during the MSP mortgage servicing system conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and units in resolving loan servicing problems and inquiries
- Perform research to address loan application, boarding, and processing inquiries
- Prepare exception reports and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of mortgage servicing experience with the MSP Mortgage Servicing System
- Prior experience with MSP Mortgage Servicing System conversion preferred
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage servicing investor rules for various portfolios
- Proven ability to provide hands-on support during mortgage servicing system conversions
- Familiarity with consumer regulations related to mortgage servicing
