Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Training Partner for remote positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective training schedules
- Provide training support for processing and origination experience
- Review and monitor training in various loan program guidelines and compliance areas
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4+ years of mortgage lending experience
- Proficient understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional underwriting requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass LOS preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
