Motor Club Sales Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Contact Center Sales Associate (FT & PT).
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize relationship selling to assist members with maximizing membership benefits and planning domestic travel
- Provide exceptional service by selling various membership, travel, and financial services products
- Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume contact center environment while meeting established production goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Must obtain a Motor Club License within 60 days of hire, with costs reimbursed
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment while working remotely
- Stable, secure, hard-wired internet connection is required; Wi-Fi is not permitted
