Job Summary
Passionate about customer service, the full-time and part-time Member Contact Center Sales Associate will deliver exceptional service, assist members with AAA offerings, and utilize a consultative sales approach while working remotely from designated territories.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with members through personalized, consultative service
- Recommend and sell AAA memberships, travel products, and financial services
- Assist members with inquiries regarding membership benefits and travel reservations
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
- A Motor Club License is required within 60 days of hire
- Ability to provide a distraction-free work environment
- Stable, secure, hard-wired internet connection is mandatory
