Multi-State Licensed Clinical Triage Nurse
Job Summary
To support patient care, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Clinical Triage Nurse will assess inbound sick calls, provide medical advice, and coordinate care with the healthcare team while working remotely from Wednesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and provide appropriate medical advice during inbound calls
- Review clinical test results and summarize findings for providers to enhance patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance and follow-up care protocols
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing education program as a Registered Nurse
- Current valid RN license with the ability to obtain multi-state licensure within 6 months of hire
- Completion of required nursing continuing education requirements
- Strong comprehension of medical terminology and pharmaceuticals
- Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
