Key Responsibilities

• Manage events and ensure a holistic meeting experience in multipurpose conference rooms
• Oversee and maintain all audio-visual equipment in managed spaces
• Assist clients with technical support during meetings and troubleshoot equipment issues

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of network connectivity and digital signal flow
• Experience with modern audio-visual equipment and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with laptops, projectors, microphones, and video conferencing technology
• Crestron DMC-E certification and network certification preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
