Job Summary

A company is looking for a MyChart Customer Support Representative to assist patients with their MyChart accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Assist patients with account activation, password resets, and navigating the MyChart Portal
  • Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Previous experience with EHR systems preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare setting as a medical assistant or central scheduler preferred
  • Strong PC skills with relevant troubleshooting examples
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Availability for any shift, including overnights and weekends
