Job Summary
A company is looking for a MyChart Customer Support Representative to assist patients with their MyChart accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Assist patients with account activation, password resets, and navigating the MyChart Portal
- Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Previous experience with EHR systems preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting as a medical assistant or central scheduler preferred
- Strong PC skills with relevant troubleshooting examples
- High School diploma or GED required
- Availability for any shift, including overnights and weekends
