Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Account Director to engage in high-volume prospecting and improve partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce to track and document contacts with low/non-producing agents
- Make outbound calls to reestablish relationships with former ISO/1099 agents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze data and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in sales or a related field
- Experience in outbound prospecting and relationship management
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Strong understanding of payment processing and merchant services
