Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Account Director to engage in high-volume prospecting and improve partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and document contacts with low/non-producing agents
  • Make outbound calls to reestablish relationships with former ISO/1099 agents
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze data and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years in sales or a related field
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and relationship management
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • Strong understanding of payment processing and merchant services
