Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Strategic Channel Director (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline and sales revenue through Channel Partners, specifically with TSB's and TSD's
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure consistent service experiences and support sales efforts
  • Develop and deliver training for various departments to promote strategic objectives and partnership value

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Management or a related role
  • 5+ years of partner/channel/SI experience in the SaaS, Contact Center, or Telco industry
  • Experience in recruiting and onboarding new partners
  • Familiarity with VARs, VADs, and Telco or SaaS Channel organizations
