Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager NOC I to lead engineering and operational efforts for Enterprise Federal network and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage people and customer commitments for designated Federal customers
- Supervise staff performance, training, and departmental objectives
- Establish effective working relationships to resolve issues timely
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, with 5-7 years related experience and 2+ years in a managerial role
- 2-4 years of telecommunications knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Must be available 24/7 to support network emergencies
