Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager NOC I to lead engineering and operational efforts for Enterprise Federal network and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage people and customer commitments for designated Federal customers
  • Supervise staff performance, training, and departmental objectives
  • Establish effective working relationships to resolve issues timely
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, with 5-7 years related experience and 2+ years in a managerial role
  • 2-4 years of telecommunications knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Must be available 24/7 to support network emergencies
