Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Medical Policy Review RN.
Key Responsibilities
- Review clinical records to ensure appropriate inpatient billing practices
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment for coding determinations
- Ensure compliance with industry standard coding resources and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active NJ single state or NJ Compact RN License
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care inpatient clinical experience
- 3 years of hospital inpatient coding experience using ICD10 within the last 2 years
- Experience with Evidence-based care guidelines/MCG and claims processing
