Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Policy / Program to oversee arbitration proceedings for New Jersey State Arbitration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal research, guidance, and training to project staff to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Interact with clients regarding case decisions and ensure major client/legal requirements are met
  • Manage direct reports, including hiring, goal setting, and performance evaluation

Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • 3-5 years of related professional experience
  • Experience with pharmacy claims/reimbursements
  • Experience using healthcare pricing benchmark data or pharmacy pricing databases
  • Licensure as a pharmacist is preferred
