Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager - Policy / Program to oversee arbitration proceedings for New Jersey State Arbitration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal research, guidance, and training to project staff to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Interact with clients regarding case decisions and ensure major client/legal requirements are met
- Manage direct reports, including hiring, goal setting, and performance evaluation
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- 3-5 years of related professional experience
- Experience with pharmacy claims/reimbursements
- Experience using healthcare pricing benchmark data or pharmacy pricing databases
- Licensure as a pharmacist is preferred
