New Mexico Licensed Population Health RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse / RN Population Health Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and convey complex information using critical thinking skills
• Utilize MIDAS, EMR (NextGen), IDX, and population management tools effectively
• Promote and support the implementation of system policies and guidelines, including OSHA regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma of Nursing
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of related experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and experience in quality improvement or case management
