Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Care Management with an active RN license in New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational management of clinical staff conducting utilization reviews
- Develop and maintain departmental policies, training programs, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and accreditation standards
Required Qualifications
- Current, active, unrestricted RN licensure
- BA/BS in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of utilization/case management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience, including financial management
- IQCI or certification in a medical management field preferred
