Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Claims business unit, including employee management and data analysis
• Implement risk management and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate training efforts and monitor business technology requirements for operational enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
• 5 - 6 years of professional, related work experience
• 4 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity leading diverse work groups
• Current New York independent adjuster license (if applicable) with required CEUs
• Knowledge of budgeting and expense control in the insurance industry
