Job Summary
A company is looking for a Reverse Outside Loan Originator.
Key Responsibilities
- Source mortgage leads and build business relationships with real estate agents
- Analyze applicants' financial status and explain loan options to customers
- Generate complete loan applications and resolve mortgage application issues
Required Qualifications
- NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Thorough knowledge of reverse mortgages and retail product policies
- Experience in proactively soliciting new business
- Experience with Encompass preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
