Job Summary
A company is looking for a NOC Engineer to monitor, support, and manage network systems for optimal performance and uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network and systems, addressing anomalies and performance issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents while maintaining detailed records
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and collaborate with IT teams for network reliability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in network operations or NOC-related roles
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and familiarity with network hardware
