Non-Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive the readiness for delivering organic innovation, the full-time remote Non-Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional execution plans, identify project risks, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure successful market launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the readiness across GCO to realize the potential of new offers that Workday is bringing to market
• Work across GCO to ensure cross-functional partners have execution plans in place for GTM Strategy, Deal Management, Enablement, and other initiatives
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, developing contingency plans as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project or program management for Senior Program Manager role; 5 years for Program Manager role
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional alignment across multiple departments
• Strong understanding of governance management principles and risk mitigation strategies
• Proven schedule development skills, including creating integrated master schedules for complex programs
• Solid understanding of project documentation standards and the ability to manage comprehensive documentation
