Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients and support service needs in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares documents for presenting risks to the market and assists in the preparation of presentation materials
- Answers incoming calls from existing clients for service requests and processes account modifications
- Analyzes client data, compiles reports, and runs monthly cancellation and expiration reports
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in the insurance industry
- Current Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days
- Basic understanding of insurance coverages preferred
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software systems
