To support a growing remote team, a seasoned North Carolina Licensed Personal Injury Attorney will manage cases from intake through trial, advocate for clients in various legal settings, and develop tailored strategies while working full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead litigation from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence
- Advise clients on legal options and maintain strong communication throughout the process
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Active North Carolina Bar license; dual licensure in North Carolina and Texas preferred
- Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of achieving results
- Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
- Self-driven and organized, comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment
