Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned North Carolina Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage end-to-end litigation for plaintiff-side cases, advocate confidently in court, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead litigation from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
- Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored strategies for their cases
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Active North Carolina Bar license; dual licensure in North Carolina and Texas preferred
- Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of achieving results
- Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
- Self-driven and organized, comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment
