Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Special Education Teacher.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students with disabilities in a virtual classroom setting
- Use a variety of online tools and resources to create engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of each student
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and the educational team
Required Qualifications
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education (North Carolina certification required)
- At least 2 years of experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in an online setting
- Strong understanding of IEPs, accommodations, and modifications for students with special needs
- Comfortable with technology and online teaching tools (experience with virtual platforms is a plus)
