Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer - Food and Nutrition.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in presales engagements, including discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Consult with clients to understand their food and nutrition needs and operational goals
- Demonstrate software functionality to optimize food operations and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in institutional food service with a focus on nutrition-related operations
- Knowledge of healthcare dietary regulations and standards such as HACCP and HIPAA
- In-depth knowledge of food and nutrition software applications
- Experience in a presales or client-facing consulting role preferred
- Certification in Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent dietary management experience
