Job Summary
A company is looking for an Elastic Observability Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and tune monitoring tools for proactive management of customer environments
- Document processes and standard operating procedures across the managed services team
- Automate operational tasks and provide third-level support and troubleshooting assistance
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with Elastic Observability Platform and LogicMonitor Platform
- 3+ years administrating an enterprise environment with 24x7x365 uptime requirements
- Scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Perl, or Python
- Industry technical certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, or CCNA
