Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner for a remote position in EST/CST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations
• Assist in creating block or stack plans and move lists
• Collaborate with team members to gather business intelligence and execute move and relocation sequencing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management preferred
• Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems
• Intermediate math skills for financial-related calculations
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
