Job Summary
A company is looking for an Occupational Injury Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with staff training on workers' compensation policies and incident reporting
- Oversee case management of employees' claims and interact with carriers or third-party administrators
- Coordinate with various teams to assess post-injury absence management and legal proceedings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 1 year of experience in workers' compensation, claims management, or related field
- Familiarity with medical and statutory terminology in workers' compensation
- Experience with management of occupational illnesses and injuries
- Valid Driver's License throughout employment
