OCI Cloud Support Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a OCI Cloud Support Engineer - Networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions to customers, addressing non-technical inquiries and technical questions
- Serve as a technical interface for customers and partners, resolving installation and maintenance issues related to Oracle products
- Collaborate with service owners to identify and resolve large-scale issues impacting customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or relevant work experience
- 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure or a related field
- Experience with network and network security technologies, including protocols and routing/switching
- Proficient in reading and analyzing logs related to network performance
- Relevant certifications from networking vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto Networks
