Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who must reside in the state of Ohio and work full-time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to calls and correspondence from child support clients
  • Provide accurate account information and educate callers on policies and procedures
  • Research and process correspondence received by email, fax, and mail

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard and mouse usage
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
