Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who must reside in the state of Ohio and work full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to calls and correspondence from child support clients
- Provide accurate account information and educate callers on policies and procedures
- Research and process correspondence received by email, fax, and mail
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard and mouse usage
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
