Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician (DATA).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
- Process prescription information with speed and accuracy while performing claim adjudication and auditing duties
- Act as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals, maintaining patient records and assisting with patient inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
- Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) with a current certificate
- Must maintain pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
