Job Summary
Providing expert guidance on personal lines insurance products, the full-time Remote Ohio Licensed Property & Casualty Agent will assist members with inquiries regarding quotes, policy changes, and billing issues while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with members via phone, email, and other channels to assist with quotes, new policies, and billing inquiries
- Process insurance transactions such as endorsements and cancellations while maintaining compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely information
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; some college degree preferred
- At least 6 months of customer service experience required
- Must have an Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
- Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Solid understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards
