Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for customers during the onboarding process, guiding them through each step
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including implementation, training, and consultation
  • Monitor customer engagement and usage metrics, addressing adoption challenges proactively

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or health tech
  • Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple customer engagements
  • Experience delivering high-quality customer experiences and managing complex customer projects
  • Familiarity with data-driven solutions and healthcare analytics platforms
  • Experience in guiding customers through data configuration and product utilization
