Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in managing large datasets
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with effective time management skills
  • Collaborative team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic and passionate about customer success and organizational efficiency
