- Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and adopt the software platform
- Oversee multiple onboarding projects, coordinating with internal teams to meet milestones
- Track and analyze onboarding performance to refine processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in managing large datasets
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with effective time management skills
- Collaborative team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic and passionate about customer success and organizational efficiency
