Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Support customers through their onboarding journey by driving product adoption and engagement
Collaborate with the Technical Implementation team to ensure successful migration of customer data
Work with Sales team to facilitate a smooth transition for newly signed customers

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with evidence of high achievement
5+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in SaaS Onboarding or Customer Success
Experience managing a large portfolio of customers with performance and retention based KPIs
High EQ/interpersonal skills and a desire to build partnerships
Experience in Health and Fitness technology SaaS company or industry is a plus
