Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Onboarding Solutions Architect (Remote, USA).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Onboarding Solutions Architects to ensure customer activation within 90 days
- Collaborate with various teams to create onboarding frameworks and documentation
- Directly implement Grafana functionality during customer onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 3+ years of technical SaaS experience, preferably in observability
- 2+ years of experience on deployment teams using project management techniques
- Direct experience with observability tools and best practices
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
