Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Representative to assist new clients with the setup process for their billing service.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring timely feedback and thorough enrollment insights
- Assist with system setup and training to ensure proper enrollments and processes for client clinics
- Strive to have new clients operational within thirty days of sale, depending on complexity
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in clearinghouse enrollment or medical billing
- Familiarity with Salesforce functionality and maintaining accurate data
- Experience managing a client assignment load of 10+ clinics
- High standards of integrity and accountability
