Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to effectively set up new customers and drive early adoption of its software.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with installation of products and services
- Perform troubleshooting for all products and services as needed
- Maintain and expand technical product knowledge to ensure proficiency
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of implementation, customer support, or tech support experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Intermediate computer skills, including working with browsers and spreadsheets
- Experience in the dental industry preferred
