Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding and Employee Readiness Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding process, including preboarding, orientation, and post-onboarding activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop customized onboarding plans tailored to role-specific needs

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR, or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and onboarding tools (preferred)
